The Services We Offer

We're committed to fast delivery. That means even our regular services are guaranteed to arrive within the next day or the same day, given that you meet the cut-off times.

Service levels are based on hours of service of 7 AM to 5 PM.

Next Day Regular Service

Delivery on the same day or the next day by 5 PM when the order is placed before cut-off times.

Next AM Regular Service

Delivery on the same day or the next day by 12 PM when the order is placed before cut-off times.

Regular Service

Delivery on the same day when the order is called in before cut-off times.

If that isn't fast enough for you, we've got even faster alternatives for you.

Rush Service

Recommended if the pickup or delivery location’s hours are not the same as ACI’s hours of service (7 AM to 5 PM).

A Rush Service may also be used if there is a pickup or delivery time constraint within a 4-hour window (i.e.: delivery between 12 PM and 4 PM only).

Special Service

Recommended if you’re looking to get the shipment delivered quickly, but also cost-effectively.

A Special Service may also be used if there is a pickup or delivery time constraint within a 2 or 3-hour window (i.e.: pickup between 12 PM and 2 PM or 3 PM only).

Expedite Service

Also known as a Direct Service, the Expedite is the fastest service available.

This means that we will get a driver to you as soon as possible, and they will go straight to the delivery location.

An Expedite Service may also be used if there is a pickup or delivery time constraint within a 1-hour window (i.e.: delivery between 12 PM and 1 PM only).

Hourly Service

An Hourly Service is used under a number of circumstances:

1. Special equipment is required such as a Power Tailgate, Railgate, or Crane;

2. Special handling is required such as significant loading or unloading time or circumstances;

3. Shipments over 3,999 lbs;

4. Shipments that are oversized or overlength, or the total shipment takes up a significant amount of the truck’s size or weight capacity; and

5. After hours or weekend deliveries.

Ask your knowledgeable Customer Service Representative if you’re unsure of whether your shipment should be considered an Hourly Service.

The Areas We Service

The same-day service area is broken into three categories, which correspond to the above cut-off times:

• Lower Mainland consists of: North Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, White Rock, and Langley

• Valley consists of: West Vancouver, Maple Ridge, Mission, Aldergrove, and Abbotsford

• Chilliwack.
